Hope and Healing Is Within Reach

Meet Stacey

Psychologist Fellow and Author

My commitment to helping people who have experienced trauma, similar to what I have faced, inspired me to pursue studies in clinical psychology. Currently, I am completing my postdoctoral fellowship at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center. Being a mother, grandmother, and a wife has enriched my life and deeply influenced my compassionate approach to therapy and writing.

My personal experiences, along with my dedication to trauma-informed care, fuel my passion for supporting survivors and fostering hope and healing through my work and writing.

Hope is something you can control. You can make a conscious decision to heal and believe that, with hope, you'll see the outcome you desire: a better life.

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."

- Helen Keller

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.”

“You can't stop the waves, but you can learn how to surf”
